Letter from a Customer

Farid and George,

Words cannot express my excitement for you both with what you have accomplished. You two have put together something that is just amazing and the energy that exudes from Bogota just feels great!

Renata and I were so impressed and excited about our food last night - we loved how tender the calamari was and the way it was coated and the sauce complimented it so well. The shrimp cerviche was OUT of this world - all the tastes blended so well - one not overpowering the other and Renata was so impressed at how many shrimp were in it and the red beans and the steamed yucca - thought I died and went to heaven, they were off the hook - I was impressed with the way the yucca tasted - absolutely scrumptious!!!!!!!!!!

From the walk from the R thru the neighborhood, to seeing Farid outside the restaurant door smiling and welcoming guests to the art and color and layout of the restaurant and the smiling staff, congratulations gentlemen - dining at Bogota's is an absolutely wonderful experience and I can't wait to come back again!
